1. Who we are

GloryHoles.org is an adult community-sourced map of cruising venues operated as a private project. By using this site you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data — email address, username, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
  • Location data: if you allow location access, we obtain and save your device's precise GPS position and may refresh it while you use the map. We use your saved position for distance and access checks, nearby discovery, and messaging. Nearby user markers use coordinates rounded to two decimal places and may be out of date. Their shaded areas indicate a general area, not a guaranteed current position. You can hide your map marker and hide your distance in Settings. Hiding your marker does not disable nearby messaging or hide information you share through your profile or hosting activity.
  • Private homes: if you add a private home, its exact address and position are stored separately and shown only to you and to visitors you accept. Everyone else sees an approximate pin roughly 400 to 600 meters away.
  • Contributor data: if you join the verified contributor program, we keep your contributor status, points, strikes and any appeals you send, so we can calculate your add radius and review appeals.
  • User-generated content — spot submissions, reviews, comments, photos, and messages you send through the platform.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session behavior collected via Microsoft Clarity (see Section 5).
  • Error reports: when something breaks, technical details of the error (the page, the error message, browser and device type) are sent to our error-monitoring service, Sentry, so we can fix it. We don't attach your name, email or location to these reports. For some visits, and for visits where an error happens, Sentry also keeps a session replay: a recording of the page layout and clicks with all text, typed input and images hidden in your browser before it is sent.
  • Hosting plans: scheduled spots, times, and planned services are stored and displayed to people who can access that spot. Interest selections are private to the account that made them and are used to send plan updates and cancellation alerts.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically with each request.

3. How we use your information

  • Provide and operate the map, check-in, hosting, and messaging features.
  • Show you nearby users and spots within your chosen radius.
  • Send push notifications you have opted into.
  • Send account emails: your welcome email, contributor status changes (strikes, removal, restoration, appeal decisions) and at most one email a day when you have unread messages. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn them off in your profile settings. Subjects never mention the site's content.
  • Moderate content and enforce these policies. When a received message is reported, we retain a copy of that message and its sender/recipient identifiers for moderator review.
  • Improve the platform using aggregated, anonymised analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (PostgreSQL database with row-level security). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

Cloudflare and child-safety checks

We use Cloudflare for website delivery and security and have enabled its Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Scanning Tool. For images served through Cloudflare's cache, the tool compares image fingerprints against known CSAM lists. Potential matches may be blocked, and Cloudflare notifies us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. This cache-based tool does not mean that every upload, non-cached image, or private message is scanned.

Cloudflare processes website traffic and technical request information to provide its services. Where required by applicable law, we may preserve relevant content and records, restrict access, and disclose relevant information to child-protection organizations or competent authorities. Legal preservation requirements may prevent immediate deletion of some records.

See Cloudflare's CSAM Scanning Tool documentation and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

5. Analytics — Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with the site. Clarity records session replays and heatmaps. It does not collect personally identifiable information. You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track setting or a privacy extension. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement for details.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session. Clarity sets its own analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own.

7. Your rights

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction — update inaccurate data via your profile settings.
  • Deletion: delete your account at any time from your profile settings (Delete account). This removes your profile, saved location, messages, check-ins, favorites, private homes and photos. Public spots you added remain on the map without your name. You can also ask us to delete your data by email.
  • Portability — request an export of your submitted content.

To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children

This site is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware a minor has created an account, we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date.
